Trust Updates:
- Trust Second Distributions are in Progress: The Trust started making second distributions to Claimants who have already received their initial distributions and who have returned their completed Governmental Healthcare Liens Election Form packages on March 3, 2026. Details about how distributions are calculated can be found at FAQ “16.2 How much money will be in my distribution?” The Trust will send distributions to approximately 930 Claimants either directly, or, if the Claimant is represented by counsel, through their counsel on March 3, 2026. For now, the Trust plans to make distributions every week. So, the Trust’s next distributions should be made on March 10, and every week thereafter until further notice is given. Please complete and submit your Governmental Healthcare Liens Election Form and other required documents as soon as possible. Once your paperwork has been received and verified, your claim will be put in the payment queue. For more information about the Governmental Healthcare Liens Election Form, see FAQ Section 17.
