After recently forming an Irrevocable Trust in Nevada with the initial payout of 1.5% of the estimated Matrix amount back in January I bought a dependable vehicle, set aside a portion for my 4 children, and spent the rest on expensive housing. Having been homeless for the last 4 years after losing my farm in Colorado and Colorado initiating fraudulent charges against me for Texas Child Support that has already been closed, just to steal my money, which limits my ability to get a loan or many other things, it dawned on me that we should be working together to pool our resources to help each other.
Are there any other Victims of this tragedy who would be interested in discussing a way to help our fellow victims out?
I am willing to put up a portion of my next payout, as well as portions of my monthly VA pay towards pooling with others in order to get a secured loan in which to operate out of. I am trying to raise awareness of Magnetic Ressonance Therapy for PTSD with a 96% Success rate, which saved my life back in 2015, so as long as I could advertise that non-invasive treatment for others, I would be willing to barter lending money to do that. Perhaps we could get a network of survivor businesses together, kind of like what Veterans do, and help each other out by using our resources together.
The major banks who fund the insurance companies who we are relying on to do the right thing have blocked any road towards getting a loan on this future payout of their money. I have been denied by over 150 lenders for anything as low as $500. I do have legal issues that should not be there, but I am working on getting those criminals arrested for their crimes of fraud as well as the 8,500 offenders on the ineligible volunteers list. I wish America would protest the 34,000 protected parties on our list. Below is a list of the Bar Association from my home county where my abuser just got a plaque for his families contributions to that area. His father was a Methodist Priest.

I’m still waiting on my first payment. My lawyer said they have an award packet for me to sign. What does that mean?? And if they don’t hurry up I’m going to be in the streets.
I am not giving legal advice, but when my award packet was presented to me by the Trustees it was several pages, outlining the matrix decision, mentions the Protected Parties, and states we will not have the right to hold those parties libel for any of the abuse suffered by BSA leaders. It took only 20 days from the date I signed the forms, had them notarized and sent them in to the portal, until I got my first payout. I have asked for 40% instead of 1% of the total on the next payout.
