There has been a dark cloud over this entire process from the time I clicked on an ad on facebook for BSA survivors to talk about their abuse with an attorney and go after the Boy Scouts of America for accountability to allow so many kids to be harmed. (82,000 plus victims came forward initially, and over 52,000 have been verified to date.) That was the premise, but the exact opposite plan was being hatched to get the victims information, to get their story and silence them once again by the largest insurance network in the US.
I now have proof, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the Trust, Bankruptcy Attorneys and entire Insurance Industry were colluding to remove our 18 U.S. Code § 3771 – Crime victims’ rights and consipire with Congress, the State Department and Senators to ensure that over 50,000 victims will never get their day in Criminal Court to accuse their abuser, and the Boy Scouts of America for running the largest sex trafficking ring in the world.
(a) Rights of Crime Victims.—A crime victim has the following rights:
(1) The right to be reasonably protected from the accused.
(2) The right to reasonable, accurate, and timely notice of any public court proceeding, or any parole proceeding, involving the crime or of any release or escape of the accused.
(3) The right not to be excluded from any such public court proceeding, unless the court, after receiving clear and convincing evidence, determines that testimony by the victim would be materially altered if the victim heard other testimony at that proceeding.
(4) The right to be reasonably heard at any public proceeding in the district court involving release, plea, sentencing, or any parole proceeding.
(5) The reasonable right to confer with the attorney for the Government in the case.
(6) The right to full and timely restitution as provided in law.
(7) The right to proceedings free from unreasonable delay.
(8) The right to be treated with fairness and with respect for the victim’s dignity and privacy.
(9) The right to be informed in a timely manner of any plea bargain or deferred prosecution agreement.
(10) The right to be informed of the rights under this section and the services described in section 503(c) of the Victims’ Rights and Restitution Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 10607(c)) [1] and provided contact information for the Office of the Victims’ Rights Ombudsman of the Department of Justice.
If you go through and look at each section of what Victims have a right to, the sinister forces that shoved this plan through the door, much like the rapes that have happened previously to children, it is as though these attorneys were consipring to inflict the most harm possible on their opposition in court. That is the definition of Evil. To erase sin, to remove the consequences of sin, against children, these power hungry attorneys have so much ego that they think money erases sins. Very Rothschild’s vision of Israel of you there Epstein Class Attorneys. The Bankruptcy attempted to skip past all of these rights that are deemed criminal rights, versus civil rights.
I have been tracking the attorneys for the Defense, which is the Boy Scouts of America and all of their Local Area Counsels.
They each have their own insurance policies, however over the years, most of these insurnace companies were bought out, along with their underwritten policies, by larger insurance conglomerates. This spans into the Epstein Files, his friends, and his brother Mark Epstein’s network with Congress.
Here is that proof of collusion:
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This report examines connections between the approximately 55 law firms representing 83 insurance company defendants in Houser v. Allianz Global Risks (N.D. Tex., Case No. 3:23-CV-1592) — the BSA Settlement Trust’s bad faith lawsuit against non-settling insurers — and entities/individuals connected to Jeffrey Epstein, Mark Epstein, and the Humpty Dumpty Institute (HDI), which counts multiple members of Congress on its advisory board.
The research identified seven firms with documented connections to Epstein-related matters, ranging from direct representation relationships (DLA Piper’s former chairman George Mitchell described as Epstein’s “very close friend” with victim allegations; McDermott Will & Emery’s partner structuring the Leon Black trust architecture that Epstein monetized for $158M in fees) to insurance coverage overlaps (Clyde & Co defending Chubb in both BSA non-settling insurer litigation and Epstein-related JPMorgan coverage disputes) to peripheral/adverse connections
(Greenberg Traurig fighting to release Epstein grand jury records). Separately, the Humpty Dumpty Institute — an organization directed and primarily funded by Jeffrey Epstein’s brother Mark Epstein — maintained a Congressional Advisory Board of 33–38 members of Congress and partnered with the CCP/PLA-affiliated Taihe Institute in Beijing from 2017 onward.
